Sabrina Gertrude received her MBA with a specialization in Human Resources from Fairleigh Dickinson University. For the majority of Sabrina's life she has held roles that focus on helping others, while delivering a superior level of customer service. As a result of Sabrina's strong work ethic, can-do attitude, and demeanor she has excelled within the corporate arena and proven to be a committed leader in many facets of life.  Sabrina is passionate about educating others on the process, and benefits of home-ownership. Sabrina also serves as a Managing Partner of 912 Properties LLC.  912 Properties LLC is a real estate redevelopment company specializing in renovation of distressed properties for resale. This allows Sabrina to directly impact communities and families one house at a time. As a result of Sabrina's knowledge of real estate and desire to help others she is able to provide a consultative approach to aide her clients in any areas of their real estate needs.


LaShawn holds a Master’s degree in Financial Planning, Bachelor’s in Business management and Associates in Liberal Arts, from New Jersey City University! Lashawn worked in the construction Industry for over seven years, then transitioned to sales and marketing management for several years which lead him to opening 912 Properties LLC and 912 Property Holdings, two full service real estate solutions firm that buys and sells properties throughout New Jersey and Memphis Tennessee. LaShawn specializes in buying distressed homes, renovating, and reselling them to retail home buyers and landlords. When a passion for real estate is combined with talented individuals who have an uncompromising drive to succeed, amazing things will happen.
