I have established my business initially and consistently with Integrity, Diligence, Persistence, and full Commitment to quality service especially during that period of time when the market was in a downturn over 12 years ago. Not many agents wanted to put much effort or time to sell homes in a challenging market and so many agents dropped out of the market. I never gave up and made it through and proved myself that it can be done successfully! Most importantly, I don't believe success for a real estate agent should be measured by how much money the agent makes. My definition of success in this business is measured by the level of my client's satisfaction and therefore I focus on attentive quality of service for all of my clients' best interests rather than the volume mindset service most agents focus on. That is why I would proudly say that I am one of a select few Realtors you can find and trust with this unique set of quality skillsets, industry experience and client-focused mindset.

Furthermore, I believe these transactions create relationships for a lifetime. Gone are the days when you own or sell a home after 30 years.  As your life changes, so does your home. This is my career, not just a side excursion to supplement my main job, and I love what I do and love putting big smiles on my client's faces after each transaction. I want them to smile when they think of me as their Realtor. I try to serve every single one of them in a micro level - I engage and communicate throughout the process with everyone involved especially my clients. I provide exceptional service because I'm not an average agent who gives an average service and disappear after the offer is accepted. Most reputable Realtors respect me and like to work with me. They know I get the job done without any surprise or disconnect. That's how I keep the deal together and close smoothly! I would expect high quality service from anyone I hire and so should you from any Realtor you hire. I am dedicated to raise the bar in this industry and I have a proven record! Please be cautious of new agents or so-called team leader/member with flashy advertisements. Most of them won’t or don't hold your hands every step of the way. They are just good at selling themselves, their ads and looking for volume sales.
