As I am involved in the different facets of real estate through personal investment projects and renovations, I am able to provide not only investment guidance, but knowledge of potential risks associated to the quality of properties from a construction perspective. Providing information on how to drive appreciation on the sell-side dependent upon market trends as well as advising on other industry knowledge for the buy-side in terms of appreciation and its prevalence. Keeping up with changes/nuances daily to ensure my clients are equipped with the most up-to-date market information to better serve them is imperative.

Prior to my transition full-time into the real estate world, I worked as an IT Auditor within the financial services & pharmaceutical industry for seven years. From these experiences, I have gained invaluable skill sets that have propelled me upward entering the real estate space. I also hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Rutgers Business School.
