About Jonathan
After more than 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, I am proud to begin the next chapter of my professional journey as a REALTOR® with eXp Realty while pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate at Rutgers Business School.
Throughout my Air Force career, I built extensive experience in leadership, talent acquisition, strategic recruiting, workforce planning, operations management, training, and organizational development. I had the opportunity to recruit and place professionals across highly specialized fields, including healthcare, engineering, executive leadership, and other critical career areas.
One of the accomplishments I am most proud of was being recognized as the #1 Officer Recruiter in the United States Air Force multiple times. That success was built on more than simply meeting recruiting goals—it required developing trust, understanding people’s needs, communicating effectively, negotiating, solving problems, and guiding individuals through major life and career decisions.
Today, I am bringing those same skills to real estate.
As a REALTOR® with eXp Realty, my focus is on building lasting relationships and helping buyers, sellers, and investors confidently navigate their real estate decisions. My military background has shaped the way I approach business: with integrity, discipline, accountability, attention to detail, and a commitment to service.
At the same time, my studies in Finance and Real Estate at Rutgers Business School are strengthening my understanding of financial analysis, investments, markets, and the business side of real estate.
I am excited to combine more than two decades of leadership experience with my education and growing real estate career to serve clients, build meaningful professional relationships, and create long-term opportunities in the real estate industry.
